Krill Protocol is a non-custodial yield allocation protocol. Deposits are routed to audited third-party lending protocols, and generated yield is allocated to depositors via on-chain logic. While deposits are principal-preserving by design through underlying lending positions, smart contract and protocol risks remain. The protocol does not custody user funds; principal remains recoverable through underlying lending protocols independent of Krill Labs Inc. operation. Yields are not guaranteed.
